Meditation GenJam: Make a Meditation Video with AI! - Open Registration
Let's experiment with AI and Meditation! This GenJam is a living experiment where meditation meets creative play. The purpose is to learn, create, and play, while also practicing how AI can deepen mindful presence. We’ll use tools like 🎵 Suno for sound, 🎥 Luma for visuals, and 🎙️ ElevenLabs for narration to craft guided meditation videos in small groups.
We'll start with a short meditation to settle and open our awareness. From there, we'll learn some basic AI tools for multimedia production, we'll split into groups to come up with our own meditation ideas (can be anything from silent to musical to breath to visualization to yogic to religious, whatever your group decides) and then we'll get together to share our videos and even meditate to them. We'll start and end the session with meditation sessions to settle the space. 🗓️ Schedule 1. Opening Meditation (15 min) Grounding practice to open the space. 2. Tools + Guidance (15 min) Quick walkthrough of AI tools and creative flow. 3. Group Creation (120 min) Teams collaborate to script, generate, and assemble guided meditation videos. 4. Meditation with Creations (45 min) Each group introduces their piece, then we meditate with it together. 5. Closing Circle (15 min) Reflections, discussion, hanging out, and final stillness. This GenJam is for everyone—whether you’re brand new to meditation, curious about AI tools, or already an experienced creator. Beginners will get simple, hands-on guidance to start experimenting, while more advanced participants can dive deeper, push the limits of the tools, and share tips with others. The spirit of the session is collaboration and play—learning from each other as we explore how meditation and technology can meet in surprising and meaningful ways.
