​🙃 This is your chance to see Tampliers houses of 13th century, visit medieval Roman acqueducts, drink with local winemakers, have real wine with local, non-touristic 3-course dinners & lunches to enjoy real French cuisine.
I've been discovering France since 2018: and I'd like to show you the real places, wines, and cuisine no one knows anything about.

​You'll be trying Cassoulet, côte de boeuf and of course... The Pelardón cheese and many-many more local foods that are typical to the region (oysters, confit du canard, Cévennes honey etc)

7.11 FRIDAY
we leave Barcelona at 9am on an Old Jaguar.

​The educational wine talks about grapes & region history begin there already :)
we arrive for lunch time in Medieval village of Minerve

there we eat our first 3-course menu, finish the desert and off to guided tour walk to see house of Tampliers of 12th century. Around 3pm we visit our first wineries. Expect lots of educational talks on wine, local grapes, climate and terroir <3
when we're done & drunk enough, we arrive for dinner at 7pm for this top-rated restaurant of the region

8.11 SATURDAY
breakfast in a boulangerie, and at 10.30 first winery visit.
lunch between 12-14 (otherwise in France they won't serve you food later), stop by a cheese producer to buy local cheese (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6wii21uMkZ5KFFBs8), and off to more wineries.

- and then we finish off with dinner at another restaurant with 3-course menu. Expect a good red bottle from mourvèdre & carignan grapes.

9.11 SUNDAY
wake up, pour some wine (or coffee, your choice) - go to a boulangerie, buy some tartaletts with lemon glazing there, and go either to underground caves (https://maps.app.goo.gl/UhswTzrFZELsNHs86) or waterfalls.

after our Sunday nature visit & recharge, we arrive at Barcelona around 4-5pm.


500 EUR includes:
- 2 night stay at fully for us booked medieval house
- 4 to 8 winery visits, degustations & talks with winemakers
- transportation on a private car the whole time
- guided historical walks around
- visit to a waterfall, underground caves, Roman acqueduct, castle ruins (places you'd never access without a car)
