Perimenopause." is a documentary about perimenopause, the transitional years before menopause, set to premiere early 2026, following the successful film "The M Factor" on menopause. It aims to educate women and the public about often-misunderstood hormonal changes, starting earlier in a woman's mid-30s, with a goal of increasing awareness, promoting better healthcare, and changing societal narratives around aging.Â
