Podcast Artwork Critique + Update Working Session
We do judge podcasts by their cover art. It’s the first thing someone sees when they come across your show, so your cover art has gotta channel the vibe, tone, quality, and genre.
Quick self-audit: how are you doing in this arena?
In this session, we’re going to study some cover art, critique it, offer suggestions for improvement, and then give you tools and best practices to make changes to your own cover art.
This session is hosted by Arielle Nissenblatt and Alban Brooke of Buzzsprout.
It’ll be split into two segments:
The Critique: some of our attendees have agreed to share their cover art and to get live feedback in front of the class. Alban and Arielle will gently share thoughts, feedback, and ideas for improvement.
The Update: we’ll walk through some simple tweaks you can make that'll upgrade your cover art, share tools and templates we use, and share our work for feedback.
You’ll come away with:
At least one idea for improvement
A list of tools to test out
A clearer understanding of how people perceive your show based on your artwork

Recording? The event will be recorded and available just for anyone who has a ticket.
Unsatisfied? Our main goal is that you come away with at least ONE new thing to try, look into, put into action, or otherwise DO. If you do not find that one thing, we'll give you half of your money back.
