Meet Alex Kozlowski:
Alexandra Kozlowski is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach, USATF Level 1 Running Coach, and experienced online performance coach. A former Division 1 runner at North Carolina State University and currently pursuing her professional triathlon license, Alexandra combines elite athletic experience with evidence-based coaching strategies. She specializes in running, strength training, and whole-food nutrition, helping athletes and everyday movers improve performance, prevent injuries, and prioritize lifelong health. Her mission is to help people run, lift, fuel, and live well for the rest of their lives.
