​Ms. Nruthya Madappa
(Partner, 3one4 Capital)

​Nruthya Madappa, a Partner at 3one4 Capital, leads the firm’s Growth & Capital Development function. Since joining in 2020, she has been instrumental in institutionalizing and scaling one of India’s leading early-stage venture capital platforms, which now supports over 100 portfolio companies. Her work focuses on helping founders accelerate growth through strategic partnerships, capital raising, revenue expansion, M&A, and global market access. She has played a key role in supporting companies such as Darwinbox, Licious, Dhan, WeRize, Ripplr, and Dozee, while also expanding 3one4’s global investor network and strategic ecosystem. Prior to 3one4, she founded The CoWrks Foundry and held leadership roles across education, healthcare, finance, and technology. Nruthya holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

​Dr. Chiranjeevi Phanindra B, Founder and CEO of Cosmoserve Space, combines deep ISRO leadership experience with academic credentials from IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras. He has represented India at the Interagency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC), championing global awareness on space debris mitigation. At Cosmoserve Space, he leads pioneering solutions for the space debris problem, achieving rapid flight demonstrations.
