Ms. Nruthya Madappa
(Partner, 3one4 Capital)

Nruthya Madappa, a Partner at 3one4 Capital, leads the firm’s Growth & Capital Development function.

Since joining in 2020, she has been instrumental in institutionalizing and scaling one of India’s leading early-stage venture capital platforms, which now supports over 100 portfolio companies. Her work focuses on helping founders accelerate growth through strategic partnerships, capital raising, revenue expansion, M&A, and global market access. She has played a key role in supporting companies such as Darwinbox, Licious, Dhan, WeRize, Ripplr, and Dozee, while also expanding 3one4’s global investor network and strategic ecosystem.

Prior to 3one4, she founded The CoWrks Foundry and held leadership roles across education, healthcare, finance, and technology. Nruthya holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Chiranjeevi Phanindra B
(Founder & CEO, Cosmoserve Space)

Dr. Chiranjeevi Phanindra B, Founder and CEO of Cosmoserve Space, combines deep ISRO leadership experience with academic credentials from IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras.

He has represented India at the Interagency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC), championing global awareness on space debris mitigation. At Cosmoserve Space, he leads pioneering solutions for the space debris problem, achieving rapid flight demonstrations.

Ms. Shreya
(Director & Head of Deeptech, Nasscom)

Shreya is the Director and Head of Deeptech at Nasscom, where she leads the organization’s mandate to position India as a global hub for high-impact, research-driven deeptech innovation. Over her seven-year tenure at Nasscom, she has focused on orchestrating a robust Deeptech ecosystem by aligning startup growth pathways with national policy frameworks and strategic industry partnerships. With over 15 years of experience, she leverages a deep understanding of the startup lifecycle and ecosystem building to develop the foundations required for India’s technology led future.

Prior to her current role, Shreya spent several years leading the strategic agenda for Nasscom’s product ecosystem, where she focused on three critical pillars: innovation discovery, specialized talent development, and ecosystem convergence. During this time, she was instrumental in re-engineering national level scouting platforms to identify and spotlight high potential Deeptech ventures, ensuring they received the visibility and corporate access necessary to scale. She also spearheaded initiatives focused on product leadership and gender diversity, recognizing that a globally competitive ecosystem requires a diverse and highly skilled talent pipeline.

Shreya’s leadership style is uniquely informed by her academic background in Biotechnology (MSc) and a formative decade spent in the pharmaceutical industry. This experience in highly regulated, research-intensive environments provided her with the scientific rigor and systems thinking required to navigate the complex, long-cycle innovation inherent in Deeptech.

In her current capacity, Shreya remains dedicated to institutionalizing innovation and empowering the next generation of startups. Her commitment is focused on cultivating an innovation-first India where Deeptech IP and technology-led entrepreneurship can thrive and compete at a global scale.
