Sensual Awakening
Enter the temple of your own body.
This immersion is an invitation for women and non-binary folks to awaken the sacred current that lives within you — the pulse of sensuality, power, and divine remembrance. A personal journey with the self.
Through embodiment practices, sacred breathwork, and sensory play, you’ll soften into your body’s truth — the place where sovereignty, sacredness, and sensuality converge. You’ll melt old stories, breathe into forgotten places, and awaken the parts of you that ache to be felt.
This is not about performing your sensuality — it’s about reclaiming it. About remembering that pleasure is holy. That feeling deeply is healing. That your body is the altar, and breath is the prayer.
Held in a safe, tender container of sisterhood and belonging.
This is medicine for your body and soul — a return to aliveness, to joy, to the sacred rhythm that was always yours.
✨Come home to yourself. Come alive.
What to Expect
🌹Arrive + Ground:
We begin by landing softly into the space — attuning to breath, body, and intention. You’ll be guided into presence as we create a safe, sacred container and move through a gentle overview of what’s to come.
🌹Embodied Sensory Breath Journey:
A seamless fusion of embodiment practices, somatic breathwork, and sensory awakening — designed to invite you home to your body’s intelligence. Lying down with openness, curiosity and deep surrender, you’ll awaken dormant energy, open pathways of pleasure, and allow the body to guide the way.
🌹Integration + Reflection:
We close in stillness and softness — allowing the body to absorb the medicine. Rest, reflect, journal. No pressure, only presence.
🌹Nourish + Connect:
After our closing, we invite you to linger in the softness of the evening. Sip tea and connect with others who moved through this journey beside you. Let conversation unfold naturally, move to the music, or simply bask in the shared afterglow.
This final moment is an invitation to nourish your body, deepen connection, and let community weave the last layer of integration.
How to Prepare:
· Wear comfy clothes + layers
· Bring an eye mask or scarf (recommended not required)
