About Event

Protocol for the mindful athlete

Euphoric Run 003 continues a structured approach to movement and recovery, working with the nervous system as the interface between body and mind.

We began with breath (001), then returned to sensing the body (002). Attention gradually comes back to where it sits. 003 does not add more. It stays with what has yet to release, and allows it to be seen.

Opening the hips is not directed at performance. It reduces resistance in the body, so each step requires less force.

Between Qingming and Grain Rain, the body is already in a state of gradual opening. This practice follows that shift, and allows it to continue.

Limited to 20 pax.

給正念跑者的實踐步驟

Euphoric Run 003 延續以結構化方式探索運動與恢復,透過神經系統作為身心之間的橋樑進行對話。

001從呼吸開始,002 接著回到身體的感知。注意力慢慢回到它原本所在的位置。003 沒有添加更多。它停留在那些尚未鬆開的地方,讓它們被看見。

打開髖關節,不是為了表現。而是減少身體內在的阻力,讓每一步都不需要出那麼多力。在清明與穀雨之間,身體本就處在一個逐漸開展的狀態裡。這場練習順著那個轉變,讓它繼續發生。

Our Guide 引導老師

Serena is a yoga teacher and runner with a background in psychology. Her work is grounded in breath, somatic awareness, and attentive movement.

Within this collaboration, Serena guides breathwork and mindfulness practices that support this shift. Running functions as an entry point, not a means to an end. What follows is space for awareness and quiet continuity.

Ticket price: NT$300

The ticket covers participation in the practice and use of the space. Additional elements may be added to the morning practice as the format is finalized. Capacity is limited to 20 guests to preserve attention, comfort, and respect for the space.

費用包含活動參與與場地使用。活動內容仍在調整中,實際體驗項目可能於既有內容上有所增加。為了保留專注、對空間的尊重 與 空間的舒適感,活動名額限 20 人。


Equipment Notice|瑜伽墊說明

Yoga mats are limited.

A small number of mats will be available on-site and reserved for the first 20 registered participants. If you own a yoga mat, please bring your own to ensure comfort and continuity during the post-run practice.

Terms 活動條款與須知

  • Capacity: Limited to 20 guests.

    • Please do not walk-in. A waitlist will not be enabled.

  • Transfers: Tickets are transferable. Please ensure the final attendee name is updated prior to the event.

  • Refunds:

    • Tickets are non-refundable.

    • If you’re unable to attend, please let us know in advance by writing to [email protected]. Your ticket may be transferred to another guest so the space can be offered to someone else.

    • No refunds will be issued due to weather-related format changes.

    • Refunds or transfers are not available within 24 hours of the event.

  • Arrival: Leaving early is permitted. Please arrive on time so the practice can begin as intended.

  • Early departure: Leaving early is respected.

  • Weather contingency:

    • In the event of rain, the run portion will be removed.

    • The practice will continue indoors with breathwork, light mobility, meditation, and Mushin Noshin’s tea, service, and hospitality.

  • Physical activity disclaimer: Participation involves physical movement. Attendees take part at their own discretion and responsibility.

  • This practice is designed and facilitated by experienced practitioners and as a guided movement and mindfulness experience. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or mental health treatment, and should not be understood as a substitute for professional care. Participants are encouraged to move, rest, and engage within their own limits.

  • 人數限制:活動限額20位。恕不接受現場報名,亦不設候補名單。

  • 退費政策

    • 票券恕不退款
