PGS Quiz Night + Circle: Bioregionalism
Do you know when SG’s Earth Overshoot Day was this year? It was 23 Feb 🥲 This sobering stat highlights how out of touch we are with our ecological thresholds, which has contributed to the transgression of planetary boundaries like climate change (think Nepal flash floods, cities at risk of sinking below sea level & rising temperatures). It’s high time for us to review our economic/planning approach.
Bioregionalism offers us an alt pair of 🥽, inviting us to touch some grass 🌱, reconnect with the naturally defined ecological area we’re part of, and consider how we might enable life to flourish.
Let’s get acquainted with SG’s bioregion tgt over a mini ‘film’ screening of this ~20min video + PGS’ inaugural quiz night 🎯 The winning team will receive a smol bioregional prize! ✨
