​Week 1 of 2 in the Playmaker Summer Series

​Continue the summer at Camp Playmaker, our summer program for young aspiring game designers. This hands-on week is designed for students who want to turn their ideas into interactive digital games. Over the course of the week, campers will imagine gameplay, design characters and environments, and begin building their own simple digital game experiences while learning how mechanics, movement, feedback, and player interaction all work together. It’s a creative, fast-moving week full of designing, experimenting, and bringing game ideas to life on screen.

​Led by Calvin Robertson, creator of Playmaker, this camp is a great fit for young creators who enjoy games, storytelling, visual design, and creative problem-solving. Campers will complete the week with original digital game concepts, new design skills, and a stronger understanding of how video games are made.
