Women aren't leaving tech and cyber because they can't do the job. They're leaving because of everything around it.
Whether it's the exhaustion, the frustration or the feeling that you have to work twice as hard to be heard so many times, it raises the question: “Do I actually want to keep doing this?”

On 29 October, we're bringing 100 women together at BT in Salford for the first-ever WiTCH Summit, a full day built around something we care deeply about:
Helping more women get into tech and cyber, stay there, and have the confidence and power skills to change it for the women coming next.
This isn't another conference where we tell you women are underrepresented
You know. We know. We'd rather spend the day doing something about it.
We'll be talking about careers, confidence, leadership, power skills, navigating change, and what it actually takes to build an industry more women want to stay in.
And because this is WiTCH, expect us to be a little more blunt about it than most.

The day will include a keynote, panels, smaller interactive workshops, career stories, built-in networking, and plenty of opportunities to have actual conversations with the people in the room.
BT are our venue partner for the summit, welcoming us to their Salford home for the day.
Tickets are £25
We've deliberately kept tickets at £25, including lunch, to make this room accessible.
But we also know £25 isn't accessible to everyone.
That's why you'll have the option to Pay It Forward and gift a ticket to another woman who might otherwise be unable to attend.
