Onboarding Call: August
🛰️ Women in Web3 Privacy: Monthly Onboarding
You made it to the edge of the network. Now plug in.
We’re the feminine fork of web3privacy now - a collective of privacy rebels, researchers, odd ones out, builders, and quiet disruptors. We build where trust is broken. We protect what’s sacred. We believe privacy is power, and dignity is non-negotiable.
If you’re curious about cryptography, decentralization, human rights, or how to defend your digital self—and the people you care about - this is where you start.
This is a place for women and non-binary people to take up space.
We exist as a collective because our voices have been overlooked, minimized, or erased. Here, we protect each other’s presence, uplift each other’s work, and defend the right to speak, build, rest, and resist—without needing to prove or justify our place.
🛠 What to expect
This isn’t a webinar. There are no pitch decks, no buzzword bingo. Just people.
In ~60 minutes, you will:
Meet others from across the spectrum—researchers, engineers, artists, policy nerds, marketers, designers, activists, and the crypto-curious, anyone who is joining us this month.
Get a feel for what this collective is.
Share what brought you here—whether it’s fear of surveillance, fascination with ZK, or just needing a space that makes sense.
Tell us how we can support your learning, your work, or your voice.
Explore how you might contribute (no pressure, we want you to do what inspires you).
Sign the Community Oath—our one shared ritual, and the only real “requirement”.
This is a space for people who care. Whether you’re writing code or writing poetry, we’re glad you found us.
✍️ By joining, you agree to:
Privacy is dignity.
I recognize that boundaries are sacred, and consent is central in an ethical system. I will protect not just my own boundaries, but those of my community: what is private deserves protection; what is shared deserves respect. I support tools, code, and cultures that respect consent and decentralize power.I show up in voice and action.
Whether I’m on stage or in a DM, I know my voice matters. I’ll use it to uplift, interrupt harm, and open space. Silence, when chosen, is power. Silence, when forced, is erasure.I will keep an open mind: perfection isn’t the point.
I may not always get it right, but I will stay aware of the power I hold, and I will do my best to act with care, respect, and accountability in how I build, speak, and share. I’ll keep learning, especially from voices historically ignored.I will keep an open heart: it takes a village.
I’m not doing this alone, none of us are. I will support others, allow myself to be supported, and remember that lasting change—especially in privacy, security, and Web3—only happens through collaboration, care, and shared effort.
By signing, you join a network rooted in respect, resistance, and radical care.
