Google Codelab: Deploy a RAG AI Agent in Streamlit using Google ADK and Cloud Run (Intermediate)
About This Workshop:
Ever wanted to build your own intelligent, context-aware chatbot? In this hands-on codelab workshop, you will build an interactive AI Barista agent for a local coffee shop!
Using Google's open-source Agent Development Kit (ADK) and the advanced Gemini 3.5 Flash model, you'll implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground the agent's recommendations in real menu data (complete with dietary tags and allergens). To tie it all together, you'll wrap your intelligent agent in a user-friendly Streamlit chat interface and deploy it live to Cloud Run.
