Field Notes Session No. 5 in collaboration with Fabrik

​Every Field Note starts with one question: when do you feel most yourself?

​The answer changes everything. People stop describing their jobs and start describing their actual lives.

​Field Notes Sessions brings that same question into a room. We'll write, move, and sit with images — yours and mine. You'll look underneath a moment in your own life, name something you've been doing anyway, and read a stranger's story and find something true in it.

​At the end, I'll share five patterns that have surfaced across fifty Field Notes — across every age, industry, and kind of life. Odds are good the room will have just lived every single one.
