Lake Chabot paved walk

​Enjoy calm lake views as we walk along mostly flat pavement and build our networks. It is usually a bit shady — the route, not the people, ha! Bring water and bring your friends and co-workers in biotech, pharma, devices, etc. See the historic dam.

​Getting there: This is a half hour drive from San Mateo and less from Oakland. Let Violet know if you need to find a carpool.

​Parking: pay at the kiosk (credit card ok) or park on the street and allow for time to walk more.

Meet at: the Lake Chabot Marina & Cafe. To get there, walk left on the path from the parking lots. After passing picnic areas, you'll see a restroom building on your left and the cafe on your right: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1FzS4tDYHknhD8Ka6.

If you are late: we are walking out and back, so you can catch us by just starting to walk clockwise from the marina.
