What is it about?
The challenges facing our society and planet are deeply interconnected — polarization, economic shocks, power imbalances, shifting geopolitics, disruptive tech — yet our responses remain fragmented and siloed. No single individual or organization can navigate this alone, and yet that's often the default.
This session asks: what would it take to build a global learning lab that turns deep collaboration into tangible systems interventions?
What will we do?
Participants will directly contribute, through a 'somatic socratic dialogue' and live 'idea prototyping', to the exploration of a C3 Global Learning Lab, a prototype that is precisely focused on meeting what is often seen, felt or experienced intuitively as an accelerating polycrisis.
This interactive session is focused on the quest for a world that is life-centered, one that flourishes with wellbeing and regeneration, inclusion and equity, and action for nature and sustainable ecologies.

Who are the hosts?
This session is curated by the United Nations founded C3 ('Collaboration for Complex Challenges') team, launching in Kenya and Thailand based pilots in 2026, and holds the intent to co-generate an idea prototype of what a global learning lab could look like with the House of Beautiful Business Network and coalition partners. This conversation builds on top of the workshops held at the Tangiers 2025 Polyopportunity Festival where the C3 Labs pre-launch mode sourced in "Deep collaboration blueprints and lessons from our future selves".
