About Event

Join us for an engaging event to explore the power of Buddhist methods in cultivating resilience for navigating life’s challenges and transforming them into opportunities for growth. Our speakers, Kari Goebel and Alison Rombal are students of Lama Ole Nydahl who is the founder of Diamond Way Buddhism, a lay branch of the Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Diamond Way Buddhism provides easy access to authentic Buddhist teachings and meditations for use in contemporary life. Over 640 Buddhist centers started by Lama Ole in the West present Buddhism in a modern practical context. Kari currently lives and practices in the Diamond Way Buddhism Centre in Edmonton and Alison in the Diamond Way Buddhism Center in Minneapolis.
