Mind Stretcher PSLE Oral Mastery Workshop (Part 2): Excel in Stimulus-Based Conversation with Head of English Mavis Tan

​In the new PSLE Oral format, students respond to a photograph stimulus that is not linked to the Reading Aloud passage, requiring independent thinking and on-the-spot responses.

​In this workshop, students will learn to use the Mind Stretcher P.E.E.R.S. framework to structure clear and confident answers. Through demonstrations, model answers, and guided discussion, students will discover how to:

​- Analyse the photograph stimulus and identify key ideas

​- Structure well-developed responses

​- Support answers with examples and personal experiences

​- Express opinions confidently and respond thoughtfully to questions

​By the end of the session, students will have practical strategies to think on their feet, expand their ideas, and excel in the Stimulus-Based Conversation component of the PSLE Oral Examination.
