​Frequently Asked Questions

​What is the teacher-to-student ratio?
Our teacher-to-student ratio is up to 1:30 (maximum classroom capacity).

​What happens if my child joins late or misses a session?
A recorded lesson video will be provided to all students, so they can catch up if they join late or miss a class.

​Are make-up classes provided?
There are no physical make-up lessons. However, students may catch up using the recorded lesson videos.

​What if my child still needs help with concepts they don’t understand?
Students may continue to ask questions and clarify concepts/answers during lessons.

​Is there a break during lessons? How long is it?
Each lesson is 2 hours. There are no scheduled breaks.

​Does the (Bonus) Mock Test have an online session? Will there be a recording if we miss the mock test?
The (Bonus) Mock Test is conducted in person only at Mind Stretcher Toa Payoh and is limited to 30 students per slot. There is no online session and no recording available for review if your child misses the (Bonus) Mock Test. We’ll send you the booking form nearer the date so you can book your preferred session.

Classes follow the standard MS classroom format:
- Concept paper and worked examples
- Practice questions
- Selected exercises may include group work
