GTM Hacks
Every revenue team runs on systems nobody wants to build. CRMs full of duplicate records and dead fields. Lead scoring that hasn't been touched since implementation week. Forecasts assembled in a spreadsheet the night before the board meeting. Deal approvals stuck in a Slack thread.
These are real, expensive problems — and in Bangalore, the city with the densest concentration of B2B SaaS in India, they're the problems companies are hiring GTM engineers and RevOps builders to solve.
The GTM Engineer Hackathon is a full day spent building those systems. Harder problems, longer build, real evaluation.
The problems you'll work on
Pick one of four challenges when you register:
CRM Data Ops — Build tools that dedupe, enrich, and maintain CRM records automatically. Sync across systems, catch decaying fields, keep the database trustworthy without human janitorial work.
Lead Scoring & Routing — Build a scoring model and the routing engine behind it. Account matching, territory logic, SLA timers — getting the right lead to the right person while it still matters.
Pipeline, Forecast & Attribution — Deal inspection, forecast rollups, stage-conversion analytics, attribution. Give a revenue leader a number they can defend in a board meeting.
Quote-to-Cash Automation — CPQ helpers, approval workflows, deal desk automation, commission math, billing triggers. The systems that decide whether a quarter closes clean.
Why it's worth your Saturday
Bangalore is hiring for exactly these skills. GTM engineer, RevOps, and growth engineering roles in the city have more than doubled year over year, and the companies filling them struggle to find people who have actually built these systems. Several of those companies will be in this room, hiring for full-time roles and internships.
You'll spend the day alongside 100+ builders, get pressure-tested by mentors who run revenue systems at real companies, and demo to judges and hiring teams who understand the problem you're solving. You'll leave with a working system and the people who saw it work.
Who should apply
Anyone who builds — engineers, founders, freelancers, students. If you live in Clay, n8n, Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or you've built anything that moves data between systems, you'll find your level here. Come solo or as a team of two or three.
We review every application by hand.
