This isn’t just another class or workshop; it’s an awakening.
The Cosmic Cacao Journey is a unique virtual experience designed to uncover even more of your deepest gifts, talents, and purpose.
Through a blend of ancient rituals and modern practices, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your authentic self and the contribution you’re here to make – at this very important time.
Once you say, “YES” – this galactic goodie box will be shipped to your front door with everything you need in preparation for our live experience.
Each part and section is also choreographed with specific intention, movements, meditations, journaling practices, insight relating and fun surprises. The truth is, it’s never ever the same because each session is completely different thanks to the magic & synchronicity activated here.
Come in with an open mind and expect the unexpected.
However, to give you a small sense of what to expect here are some of the key components:
✨ Cacao Ceremony
We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, a heart-opening ritual used for centuries to unlock deeper layers of consciousness and connection. In Olmec, Zapotec, Mayans, and Aztec cultures, cacao was a plant of central importance.
Cacao contains theobromine, which translates to “food of the gods,” and provides feelings of euphoria and joy. (Don’t worry there are no hallucinations or anything like that. Just a deeply nourishing, creative and connective experience.)
Cacao is truly a multi-dimensional medicine of “RE-Remembrance” that opens your heart and your full expression. The box will contain a very special bar of ceremonial cacao from Costa Rica, along with preparation instructions.
✨ Movement
The journey continues with a specifically curated mix of yoga flow, free movement, and yin yoga. This movement practice is designed to help activate the cacao, align your head, your heart and your higher purpose, all with the intention for unlocking clarity and inspiration through the body. All movement levels are welcome!
✨ Cosmic Journaling
As your body relaxes and your heart opens, you’ll be invited to journal. Again, not the same kind of journaling in the same kind of way you may have tried before. This is a process of Cosmic Journaling to capture the new story you are penning of your greatest future vision.
✨ Magic and Surprise
Throughout the Cosmic Cacao Journey, you’ll engage in interactive sessions that are prompted through the Cosmic Journey Oracle cards and interactive exercises. We mix structure and synchronicity for you to gain new perspectives on your path forward.

Ally is a yoga teacher, certified Mvt109 Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and herbalist with a deep resonance with cacao. As a self-described Green Witch, Ally integrates nature connection into her holistic wellness approach. She co-founded "Is It Clean," a non-profit for accessible clean eating, and Exhale Retreats for immersive wellness experiences.
Kensey Monopoli
Kensey is a wellness consultant and event manager with a deep passion for mindfulness and authentic Cacao practices, inspired by her yoga training and experiences with the BriBri Tribe. She is dedicated to building supportive communities focused on personal growth and love.
Yanik Silver
Yanik redefines how business is played in the 21st century at the intersection of evolutionary growth, impact and fun.
