Prototype to Revenue: How to Take AI Tools to Market
AI makes it easier than ever to build tools, prototypes, and experiments. But once something works, a harder question appears:
Who is this for? How do I explain its value? And how do I get someone to actually use or pay for it?
This session is for builders, makers, and AI experimenters who have created tools or prototypes but feel stuck on what comes next. We’ll explore the journey from building something interesting to taking it to market with more clarity.
Shubhi Dixit, an independent marketing consultant with 15+ years of experience across SaaS, B2B marketing, product marketing, content strategy, demand generation, and AI-led marketing, will share some tactics on how to build a sustainable pipeline and growth engine around what we create..
We’ll discuss:
how to identify the right customer
how B2B and B2C paths differ
how to position and explain your product clearly
where early leads and distribution can come from
what the first steps toward revenue may look like
This will be an informal, discussion-oriented session — not a lecture or a polished masterclass. Bring your questions, rough ideas, half-built tools, confusing positioning problems, and curiosity.
The goal is not to walk away with a perfect business plan. The goal is to understand the map: what happens after you build, and how to start moving toward customers, distribution, and revenue.
Before the session
Please reflect on the following questions before attending, this will help us spend less time on generic theory and more time discussing real projects, questions, and go-to-market challenges with respect to your projects.
Reflection Questions
It helps to think about and come prepared with answers to:
Who do you believe your ideal customer is?
What painful problem are they currently solving without your product?
What is their current workaround?
How would you find your first 10 users if you couldn't spend money on ads?
What evidence do you have that someone actually wants this?
What to bring:
Laptop or notebook
A product idea, prototype, or problem you’re exploring
Questions about marketing, positioning, or selling
Curiosity to learn and experiment
