In her private practice, she guides passionate leaders and creatives through complex career and life situations, focusing on burnout prevention, mindset, and creative expression. As an active community builder, she currently organizes and facilitates a vibrant network for entrepreneurial women and startup founders, creating shared spaces for connection, growth, and sustainable leadership.
