About the speaker:

Najia S. Khalid is a Partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP, where she leads the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance practice. She advises companies, founders, and research institutions on employment-based immigration, global mobility, and compliance strategies. Najia has extensive experience helping startups, universities, and multinational employers secure visas and work authorization for international talent, with a particular focus on scientists, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
