ALPHAG3N 2026 HAI Hackathon @ Stanford
Join us at Stanford on May 23–24 for the ALPHAG3N HAI Hackathon, an in-person build sprint centered on human-centered AI. Hosted at the Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center, the event brings together ambitious builders, students, and founders to turn ideas into working prototypes in a focused, high-energy setting.
This year’s challenge is about building AI as a partner, not just a replacement. Teams will create tools that help people work, learn, create, or access opportunities more effectively while keeping humans in the loop. We’re looking for projects that use AI in a meaningful way and show clear real-world value.
Throughout the event, you’ll hear from guest speakers who are actively shaping the future of AI. Expect practical insights, thoughtful discussion, and a strong room of collaborators. Whether you’re coming to ship a project, meet talented teammates, or get a closer look at what top AI builders are working on right now, ALPHAG3N Hackathon @ Stanford is designed to make the experience worthwhile.
Participants will compete in teams of at most 3. After building on May 23, teams will return on May 24 to pitch their final projects to judges in a 3 - 4 minute on-stage presentation, depending on the number of teams. Each team will also submit a short slide deck and a max 2-page write-up.
We’ll have over $5,700 in team prizes, along with raffle giveaways, sponsor merch, and ALPHAG3N merch throughout the event.
