Welcome to Houston: Southbound

Tech and opportunity are heading south. Welcome to Houston for AfroTech week.

Southbound is the JetQuest welcome to the city: a rooftop party and networking night at Reset, with the Houston skyline behind you.

The night:

6 PM: Doors, drinks and the JetQuest departures board photo moment

Networking with founders, investors, creators and engineers in town for the week

7:45 PM: The Southbound Welcome, a quick 10 minutes. Why Southbound, why Houston, toasts from Houston founders and investors, and a hello from JetQuest

Then the DJ takes over until 11

Why come: AfroTech is in Houston for the third year running, and the city is building its Black tech community on purpose. Southbound is where you meet the people building here, on the first big night of the week.

Space is limited and every guest is approved, so request your spot early. Up to 200 approved guests.
