​Community X WeLearn is excited to invite you to Bites & Insights, a fireside chat with Nicole Liu, founder of VESTER Cafe.

VESTER is a female and minority owned and  operated cafe with two locations across the Boston area, Kendall Square in Cambridge and South Boston, and has become one of the city's most beloved spots for elevated, internationally inspired food and coffee. Built on the philosophy of Danish simplicity and the spirit of community, VESTER isn't just a cafe. It's a gathering place.

Nicole Liu is a Boston native, daughter of restaurateurs, and certified sommelier whose career spans New York's Plaza Hotel and The Langham Chicago. She opened Vester's first location in Cambridge in 2018 after a solo trip to Copenhagen sparked the concept, and expanded to South Boston in 2022.
