​The Mentorship Gap: Who Gets Left Behind?

​Mentorship can change lives but sadly not everyone has equal access to it. In this roundtable, participants will come together to discuss: Who gets left behind, and how can we bring them in? We’ll explore the experiences of women as mentors and mentees, as well as others often overlooked from mothers and mid-career professionals to people with disabilities and those in remote communities. Through stories and shared ideas, we’ll come up with possible solutions and actions to make mentorship truly inclusive and empowering for all.
