About Event
Start the day with an energizing vinyasa flow set against the stunning backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. This all-levels morning class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and sunrise serenity to awaken the body and center the mind.
Our pop-up yoga session is led by Kat Moulder, a certified instructor whose journey has taken her from the Virgin Islands to Indonesia-and now, to Willa. Her approach to teaching is rooted in presence and restoration. Trained in vinyasa, yin, and hridaya meditation, her classes are slow, intentional, and designed to meet you where you are.
Hotel guests enjoy complimentary entry. $10 at the door for non-guests.
