The AI Salon: NeuroAI Convergence
Neuroscience is producing richer data than ever before: connectomics, electrophysiology, multimodal imaging, behavioral datasets, simulations, cell-type atlases, and increasingly sophisticated models of biological computation.
At the same time, AI is running into questions that neuroscience has been studying for decades: efficient learning, embodiment, robustness, world models, memory, generalization, adaptation, and energy-efficient computation. NeuroAI sits at this boundary: neuroscience informing better AI, and AI helping us understand the brain.
This salon is an informal gathering for people working across computational neuroscience, AI, neurotechnology, brain data infrastructure, BCI, biopharma, neuromorphic computing, and foundation models.
No panels. No pitch decks. No long talks.
Just a focused conversation around questions such as:
What would a truly useful “Hugging Face for neuroscience” look like?
What is missing in today’s neuroscience data infrastructure?
Can brain data become a meaningful substrate for the next decade of AI?
What should be open, what should be federated, and what needs to be standardized?
How do we make models, datasets, simulations, and lab tools easier for researchers and builders to use?

The goal is to bring together people who do not usually end up in the same room: neuroscientists, computational modelers, AI researchers, neurotech founders, BCI builders, research engineers, data infrastructure people, and curious funders.
