Back to basics: A hands-on AI workshop for TA teams
When it comes to AI, many of us feel like we've been handed keys to a shiny, brand new car before anyone has taught us how to drive. Organisations are encouraging us to use AI more and more, often faster than we can get properly acquainted with the tools. And the tools keep advancing, so the practices we taught ourselves a few months ago can quickly become the old way of doing things. This workshop is your chance to get back on track and build confidence that keeps up.
Join Melissa Shannon (Senior TA Manager from Greenhouse) at N26's Barcelona office for an interactive session with TA practitioners and leaders at every level of AI experience. We'll start with the fundamentals, cutting through the jargon and sharing simple ways to get better results from your LLM. Then we'll show how our teams use custom Claude skills and Gemini Gems to take repetitive work off their plate.
Then it's your turn. In a mini hackathon, you'll build your own skills in Claude or Gemini, with the Greenhouse team on hand to help. We'll finish with a show and tell, where attendees share the skills, Gems and AI habits that have changed the way they work.
