Climate Chain Dinner Series #2: COP31 and What It Means for Climate Finance
COP31 ends in Antalya, Türkiye on November 20.
Three days later, we’re having dinner in Midtown to work out what it actually means.
Most COP coverage tells you what was announced. Very little of it tells you what changed. For those of us working on how capital moves, the gap between those two things is the whole job.
On the table
What was actually agreed, and what was left open. Where the finance conversation landed. What it signals for capital flowing into mitigation, adaptation, and resilience over the next year. And the honest version: what COP does and doesn’t change for people building and funding climate solutions.
If you’ve followed a COP closely, come and tell us what the coverage missed. If you never have and always meant to, this is the room for that. The mix is the point.
Who comes
Founders, investors, lawyers, policy advocates, engineers, technologists. People working across climate, energy, food systems, and the built environment. Some have been in climate for years. Some are making the leap right now.
What we share is a refusal to work in silos.
