Replacing Tasks, Not People: Leading Teams in the AI Era.
AI is changing the job. The real question is whether our people are ready for what comes next.
Most of the conversation today is about AI replacing people. We think that misses the point.
AI is moving quickly, and it will absolutely replace certain tasks. But the need for people isn't disappearing. Instead, the role of the human is shifting.
So maybe the biggest challenge in becoming AI-ready isn't the technology itself.
It's making sure our people are ready too.
Join us on 12 November at The Dean, Dublin for 'Replacing Tasks, Not People: Leading Teams in the AI Era', in partnership with CCMA Ireland. We're bringing together leaders across CX, Operations, Learning & Development and Transformation for an informal evening discussing what building a genuinely AI-ready workforce actually looks like.
No AI apocalypse. No scaremongering. No "10x your workforce with this one prompt." And definitely no two-hour product pitch.
Just real people and operators sharing what they're seeing on the ground, what's working, what isn't, and how the relationship between humans and AI is changing the way we hire, train and develop people.
On the panel:
🔹 Dave O'Meara – Angel Investor, Ex-President and Co-founder at Spirable, and Cork Ambassador for Claude
🔹 Amit Bhalla – Transformation and Business Growth Leader at Tech Mahindra
🔹 Hillary O'Shea – Co-founder and Chief Corporate Officer at Otonomee
🎤 Facilitated by Menno Axt – Head of Platform at Dogpatch Labs & NDRC
Followed by drinks and a chance to see Solidroad in action.
