How it works: The Growth Swap
We'll split into small groups of 5–6 people, each bringing a real subscription growth challenge to the table.
Together, we'll share what's worked, challenge assumptions, and explore solutions.
The goal? Leave with at least one practical idea or experiment to take back to your team.
