AI for Real Business: From Chatbots to AI Agents
The next generation of business isn't waiting for AI.
AI is impacting every business. From "just" a personal productivity tool, it has evolved to helping real businesses, big and small, increase sales, improve customer experience, and lower cost, often at the same time.
However, getting successful business results from AI is more than just buying a premium subscription from Claude/ChatGPT. It is often a team effort spanning planning, process re-engineering, testing, calibrating and deploying over several months.
Come hear true stories from 2 SMEs in the region:
Swee Hing Tyres: how a Cambridge-educated second-generation owner of a tyre distribution company in Johor automates the end-to-end sales fulfilment process from his dealers using a WhatsApp AI Chatbot. Today, nearly half of his sales volume comes from this Chatbot alone.
Extra Space Asia: how a Singapore-based self-storage company uses AI agents to convert inbound enquiries into appointment bookings. Today, the AI agents also handle outbound outreach and are rolled out to multiple countries where Extra Space operates.
