About Event

Join us for a welcoming session with pelvic floor health physical therapist Dr. Iris Platt of Elemental Movement Physical Therapy (https://www.elementalmovementpt.com/). She’ll start with an easy-to-understand explanation of the pelvic floor, what it does, and why it matters, then guide everyone through breathwork and yoga practices designed to support awareness, strength, and relaxation.

This class is for anyone curious about learning more, whether you’re brand new to the topic or just want some practical tools to bring into your daily routine. You’ll leave with movements you can keep practicing long after class ends, plus a better connection to your body and a fresh perspective on pelvic floor health.

This class is by donation for the continued development of Talk Pelvic to Me, an initiative dedicated to sharing accessible and evidence-based information on pelvic floor health. Venmo (@elementalmovementpt) or Zelle (info@elementalmovmentpt.com)

Join the strength training class the hour before with Hedda Nguyen, MPH! RSVP here: https://luma.com/pf6wzv17
