About Event

A private-invite only meetup for bio- and other frontier tech industry leaders, incl. policy and legislative support & other professionals who are excited about the future of Montana biotech. Feel free to forward the invitation to peers.

In May 2025, Sen. Kenneth Bogner passed SB535 which is "the most important regulatory innovation in drug approval in my lifetime" according to GMU Professor Alex Tabarrok ("Marginal Revolution").

It took until July 25, 2026, for DPHHS to adopt a set of comprehensive rules with further regulatory innovation adding onto SB535: experimental treatment review boards (ETRB). ETRBs are a competitive oversight mechanism for early access to novel treatments.

Infinita has promptly formed the first "Montana ETRB" with esteemed scientists and physicians such as Matt Kaeberlein, Felipe Sierra, Jamie Justice, Jessica Flanigan and James Burke, which is now operational (see here).
