ned is an entrepreneur, investor, and executive coach with nearly two decades of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, and business operations. as the first solo searcher from michigan ross, he acquired and led ezr logistics, later expanding reusability into a leader in sustainable supply chain solutions. his expertise in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence has made him a trusted leader in the industry. based in manhattan beach, ned leverages his expertise to invest in and mentor high-growth businesses while helping leadership teams implement the entrepreneurial operating system (eos). passionate about driving clarity, efficiency, and success, he partners with companies to scale operations and achieve their long-term vision.
about ashley zaslav:
ashley is the founder of integrative complexity, a high-performance coaching firm for mid-career operators and eta ceos. she helps leaders shift from survival-driven executors to confident, decisive ceos who find joy and freedom in the businesses they’re building without waiting for an exit. previously, ashley advised fortune 500 boards on ceo succession at spencer stuart and worked in capital raising and advisory at tpg/brooklands and bridgewater associates. a former elite athlete, she captained duke women’s soccer team to a national finalist finish and competed with the u.s. youth national team. her coaching blends neuroscience, psychology, and high-performance principles forged in both sport and business. she holds a b.a. from duke, an mba from nyu stern, and coaching certifications from georgetown and the neuroleadership institute (icf pcc).
