About Event

Join us in the living room for a heartwarming, light-hearted slice of modern Mumbai life. For this screening, we are bringing you a beautiful comedy-drama that celebrates second chances, unexpected friendships, and the transformative power of human connection.

About the Film

  • Duration: 127 minutes

  • Language: Hindi with English Subtitles

A solitary old widower trapped in a rigid routine, is suddenly jolted out of his comfort zone when his apartment is burgled. Prompted by a desire to break his isolation, he seeks out connection and crosses paths with a vivacious Punjabi woman who is a fellow lonely soul. When a second twist of fate lands them both at a police station, an unlikely, childlike friendship blossoms, leading them into small urban adventures.

In a parallel track, the film gently captures the struggles of Nanhe, a broke young migrant tailor hustling to make a living in the unrelenting streets of Mumbai. Directed by Vijay Maurya, this film bypasses flashy melodrama to deliver a poignant, life-affirming story about finding your own rhythm and joy in the later chapters of life.
