​FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. ​I missed the startup application deadline. Can I still pitch my solution to Tasco?
   Yes, but the process has changed. While applications for the in-person matching on Jan 15 are closed, Tasco remains open to new technology. You can submit your proposal for any of our 30 Use Cases via app.genaifund.ai. If our Business Units are interested, we will schedule a virtual meeting with you after the event concludes.
   
   

2. ​What time should I arrive?

   • ​For General Attendees: The Innovation Conference registration desk opens at 3:30 PM.

   • ​For Exhibition Visitors: The startup exhibition booths are located within Tasco Mall and are open for viewing from 9:00 AM when the mall opens. You are welcome to browse the solutions throughout the day before the main conference begins.
     

3. ​How do I access the "30 Use Case Library"?
   You can view the list of problem statements by creating an account on the GenAI Matchmaking Platform (app.genaifund.ai). This library remains available for startups wishing to submit proposals for post-event review.
   
   

4. ​Is there a fee to participate in the exhibition or business matching?
   No. Participation is fully complimentary for selected startups. However, as the physical selection process is now closed, new applicants will be considered for virtual introductions only.
   
   

5. ​What happens if I applied for Business Matching but was not selected?
   You are still part of the ecosystem! If you were not selected for a private meeting, your ticket will automatically convert to a General Conference Pass. We warmly welcome you to attend the event, watch the keynotes, and network during the reception.
   
   

6. ​I am an international startup based outside of Vietnam. Can I apply?
   Yes. While the physical event requires in-person attendance, international startups can still submit proposals via app.genaifund.ai for our post-event virtual review process. This allows you to pitch to Tasco leadership without needing to travel immediately.
   
   

7. ​What is the commitment for the "1-Week Exhibition Showcase"?
   For startups already selected, the exhibition is a Gallery Walk where you will be featured on premium wall banners. You do NOT need to staff a booth for the week. Your physical attendance is only required on the main event day (January 15).
