STARTUP SELECTION PROCESS
To ensure high-quality matching, we follow a 3-stage selection process:
1️⃣ Stage 1: Registration (Deadline: 2 January 2025) Register your interest on this page by selecting the "Startup: Apply to Pitch/Match" ticket. You will immediately receive the Use Case Library.
2️⃣ Stage 2: Proposal Submission (Deadline: 2 January 2026) Review the use cases and submit your tailored proposal via the GenAI Matchmaking Platform (link provided in your confirmation email).
3️⃣ Stage 3: Selection & Confirmation
Jan 3, 2026: Selected startups for Exhibition and Business Matching are announced.
Jan 5, 2026: Deadline to confirm your attendance.

Who is eligible to apply for the Startup Exhibition and Business Matching?
We are looking for market-ready AI startups—both local and international. If you have a deployed solution that can solve problems in Mobility, Smart Infrastructure, Retail, Insurance, or Data Analytics, you are a strong fit for this program. Early-stage startups are welcome to apply if they have a functional MVP ready for a pilot.How do I access the "20+ Use Case Library"?
Access is immediate upon registration. Simply select the "Startup: Apply to Pitch/Match" ticket on this Luma page. Once registered, you will receive an email with the link to the full list of problem statements from VETC, Tasco Insurance, Tasco Group, and other business units so you can prepare your proposal.Is there a fee to participate in the exhibition or business matching?
No. Participation is fully complimentary for selected startups. GenAI Fund and Tasco Group are sponsoring the exhibition booths and matching sessions to remove barriers to innovation. However, all travel and accommodation expenses to Hanoi are the responsibility of the participant.How does the selection process work for the 1:1 Business Matching?
Due to the high volume of applications and the seniority of the decision-makers (CEOs/Directors), matching is curated based on solution fit. After you register and submit your proposal via our platform (by Dec 30), our technical committee will review your solution against the specific needs of the Business Unit. Successful matches will be notified by January 2, 2026.What happens if I apply for the Business Matching but am not selected?
You are still part of the ecosystem! If you are not selected for a private meeting or a booth, your ticket will automatically convert to a General Conference Pass. You are warmly welcomed to attend the event, watch the keynotes, and network with investors and other enterprise leaders during the open networking sessions.I am an international startup based outside of Vietnam. Can I apply?
Absolutely. We are actively seeking global technologies to introduce to the Vietnamese market. However, please note that Tasco Innovation Day is an in-person event. If selected for the matching, you (or a representative) must be physically present in Hanoi on January 15 to present your solution.What is the commitment for the "1-Week Exhibition Showcase"?
The exhibition is designed as a Gallery Walk, where selected startups will be featured on premium wall banners within Tasco Mall. We cover the full cost of printing and installation. If selected, you are only required to submit the banner design according to our provided technical guidelines. You do NOT need to staff a booth for the week.
