About Event

A cozy brunch about replacing passive scrolling with personal clarity.

Antidote is a mobile app that helps you build a private feed of your own life. Capture thoughts, photos, voice notes, and sparks of curiosity as you live, then scroll back later to notice patterns, find clarity, and choose your next step.

Join a small first group in Amsterdam to hear the story behind Antidote, try the app, and receive one month of beta access.

This gathering is for anyone sitting inside a question, a transition, or a chapter that is still taking shape.

Instead of disappearing into social media, news, or content shaped by other people’s incentives, Antidote gives the scrolling reflex somewhere better to go: back to your own moments.

You capture what feels relevant as you live: a thought, a photo, a voice note, a spark of curiosity. Later, you scroll back through your own feed to notice what gives you energy, what keeps returning, what is changing, and what might want to become a next step.

I first built Antidote for myself. A year ago, I quit my job and entered a period of exploration. I kept asking: What do I actually want? How do I want to spend my time? What gives me energy, clarity, and direction?

I also noticed how easy it was to fill that uncertainty with scrolling. Other people’s thoughts, opinions, news, and lives were always available. But often, they left me feeling further away from my own.

Antidote became my way of coming back. A place to collect my own signals, ideas, and moments of curiosity. A way to see what they were showing me. A way to turn reflection into movement.

Now I’m opening it up to a small first group.

We’ll gather over brunch in a cozy setting to slow down, reflect, and explore a different relationship with our attention. I’ll share the story and thinking behind Antidote, show you the app, and help you get started.

You’ll leave with one month of beta access.
