Gender and Climate

​This webinar provides a clear foundational overview of the relationship between gender and climate. We’ll talk about how social, economic and systemic inequalities shape people’s exposure to climate impacts.

​Three experts will highlight how gender can influence vulnerability, access to resources and the ability to adapt to the changing conditions of today’s world. The Speakers will also explain why understanding these differences is key to building fair and effective climate solutions.

​Participants will leave with grounded knowledge of the topic, and we’ll do our best to keep the tone accessible, making it easy for anyone to join. This session is the first of 4 conversations we’ll host throughout our series of webinars this autumn, starting on Tuesday, 29th of September.
