Launchpad Philly, We Love Philly, Urban Technology Project, and Hopeworks are coming together to create a shared space for young people across Philadelphia’s workforce development ecosystem to connect, learn, and grow.
This event brings together students, alumni, and early-career professionals from across programs who share an interest in technology and career pathways. Whether you’re just getting started or already building experience, this is an opportunity to meet others on a similar path and expand your network across organizations.

3:00–4:30 PM | Cybersecurity Workshop from We Love Philly
Learn core cybersecurity concepts and skills, as you investigate a simulated breach on a small business’ system! Perfect for beginners who want to learn more about cybersecurity, including small business owners and employees who want to make their companies more secure!
5:00–7:00 PM | Networking
Stick around for a structured networking session designed to help you build real connections. You’ll have the chance to meet:
Peers from across partner programs
Alumni working in tech and related fields
Employers and community partners
Expect guided activities, small group conversations, and support in making introductions so you’re not navigating the room alone.
Who should attend:
Young people (high school seniors, recent grads, and early-career professionals) connected to or interested in workforce programs and careers in tech. Program alumni interested in connecting with current participants. Seasoned professionals excited to connect with the next generation of tech talent in Philly.

Philadelphia has strong programs doing this work. This event is about bringing those communities together, creating more access, and helping young people build connections that lead to real opportunities.
