The AI Forum: Exam Integrity, Ethics, Policy and Future Readiness
Nigerian education is at a turning point that will define a generation. Artificial intelligence is already reshaping how students learn, how examinations are conducted, and how educational outcomes are measured, yet the systems, policies, and conversations needed to guide this transformation responsibly are lagging far behind the technology itself.
The AI Forum is Nigeria's first dedicated multi-stakeholder platform built to address this gap directly. Convened by Wholesome Character and engaging key governmental stakeholders, the Forum brings together 200 senior decision-makers from federal and state government, regulatory agencies, the legislature, examination bodies, school leadership across basic, secondary and tertiary levels, researchers, the technology sector, and civil society, alongside 50 student delegates from 20 selected schools whose voices will help shape how AI impacts teaching, learning, character formation, and opportunity across the nation.
This is not a conference about AI in the abstract, and it is a convening of the people who shape Nigerian education, gathering to produce concrete, implementable policy recommendations and a shared framework for responsible AI use in schools.
What the day covers
The Forum runs as a full day of keynote addresses, moderated panel discussions, and facilitated breakout sessions across five session themes: Responsible AI Use in Schools, Exam Integrity in the AI Era, Equitable Access to AI for Public Schools, AI, Character and Future Readiness, and Student Voices on AI and Our Education.
What the Forum delivers
Every participant contributes to two tangible outcomes, a comprehensive Forum Summary Report capturing key insights, policy recommendations, and next steps, and a School AI Readiness Assessment Framework that gives school leaders a practical tool to evaluate their institution's AI readiness and identify priority areas for action.
