#LCAW2026 The Inner Dimensions of Climate Action: Exploring the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) through Nature
Climate action requires more than policies, technologies and finance. It also calls for inner capacities such as presence, humility, hope and courage in our collective response to interconnected challenges to climate action.
Drawing on Nature as Teacher, this interactive online session introduces the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a globally recognised framework for cultivating the human capacities needed to navigate complexity, strengthen resilience and contribute to positive change.
Through nature-inspired reflection, dialogue and experiential activities, participants will explore how the patterns and wisdom of living systems can inform how we show up, relate and act in service of climate action and shape regenerative futures.

Nadene is a core contributor to the Inner Development Goals (IDG) movement, co-creating communities of practice and learning experiences that bring the IDGs to life in the workplace. For over 25 years, she has worked globally with leadership and living systems as a learning designer, facilitator & coach —championing innovation, sustainability, and systems change across sectors and cultures. Her work creates reflective, participatory spaces where individuals and teams grow the mindsets and skills needed for real-world impact.
