About Event

Power Yoga is a modern dynamic, fitness focused form of yoga that helps to build strength and endurance through movement and focused breath work. In the 5 week program you will learn the classic sequence of postures/movements designed to build mental and physical endurance, strength, focus and stability. We will follow a weekly structure to build on past sessions that hone knowledge and skill progressively. Designed for all levels.

Course: £50.75 or £10.15/class

You will need:

Yoga mat, towel, clothing you can move in, and 2 x yoga blocks (helpful but not necessary)
