We know that building something of your own can feel both exciting and isolating. Without the structure of a team or the rhythm of a workplace, it’s easy to get stuck reacting to what feels urgent instead of moving toward what truly drives you forward.
This is your invitation to do things differently.
Together, we’ll create a focused, intentional environment where you can step into the week with clarity, accountability, and momentum. Whether you’re working on a dream project, navigating your next move, or simply trying to show up more consistently, you don’t have to do it alone.
Taking action toward big goals can feel uncomfortable. Staying consistent can feel even harder. That’s why we do it together.
Throughout the day, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it. People building, experimenting, figuring things out, just like you. Expect real conversations, shared ambition, and the kind of support that helps you actually follow through.
What to expect:
9:00: Doors open
9:30: Introductions, personal check ins and clarity setting starts
Share what you do, what you’re working on, and where you need support
10:00: Deep work begins
Three focused 50 minute work blocks with short breaks to reset
13:00: Group lunch
A full hour to bring your own or grab something nearby and enjoy a relaxed moment together
14:00: Back to work
Two more focused work blocks to build momentum
16:30: Group wrap up
Reflect on the day, share wins and lessons, celebrate the messy parts too
17:30: Drinks and socialising
Connect with other founders and creators over something well earned
