​Gastronomy Experience inside "Wherever You Go, There You Are"

​"Everyday gestures: a remembered street corner, the smell of a kitchen, the rhythm of a city." That is exactly what this evening is made of.

​Brazilian by birth, Mexican by grandmother, French by mother, and Portuguese by father — Tomaz carries multiple worlds within him, and brings them all to the table. His cuisine is bold, layered, and deeply personal — where Asian influences meet Latin American roots, and memory becomes flavor.

​For Chef Spot N.5, Tomaz returns to our pop-up bar [CANTO] to mark a special chapter: the entrance of his restaurant SALTA into the Michelin Guide. An evening to celebrate a milestone — and to share it with the Eritage community.

​Inside the exhibition, surrounded by five artists across four continents, the pop-up becomes a living extension of what is on the walls. Because identity is never singular or static — it is hybrid, layered, and continuously redefined through encounter. And so is everything Tomaz cooks.

​Chef Spot N.5 is part of Eritage's Activities Program, developed in dialogue with the exhibition "Wherever You Go, There You Are."
