​Young Kiwis in AI is coming to Wellington.

​A few short talks from people building with AI right now, then plenty of time to meet others in the space. Free to attend.

​Who it's for: anyone who's curious about AI - studying, working in tech, or thinking about making the jump. No experience needed.

​Speakers:

​Nik - Nik is a digital marketing expert with 15 years' experience across big New Zealand brands. After leading New Zealand Rugby's digital and social team, he moved into the tech team and went all in on AI, building tools and training 100+ staff. He'll share his AI work and practical tips for young people standing out in an AI world.

​Blake Harkness - Blake is the founder of Young Kiwis in AI and Harkness AI, a Christchurch-based consultancy helping Kiwi businesses put AI to work. He'll talk about personal branding in the age of AI and how he uses AI to build his own.

​Josh Byford-Pothan - Josh is a Senior Advisor in AI at MPI. After running an AI automation agency for trades businesses, he's turned his focus back to his roots: dairy farming. He runs AI upskilling for the dairy industry and builds custom automations for farm work. He'll talk about making the switch into AI and what he's learnt building tools for the government and farmers.
